My grandfather worked in a boatyard building boats by hand under a master boatbuilder. I always thought that was the coolest thing I had ever heard. Pretty romantic; there is something about working with your hands to create something beautiful. It still stirs me. Peace

both i guess. i'm helping to restore the deck of an old boat. it's long, lonely days but the location can't be beat.
